Methodology
While each situation will be unique and the amount of assistance required will vary, the typical steps would be as follows:
- Bank notices account triggers that signal client may be encountering some trading difficulty.
- V20:20 assigns a core team consultant to work with the bank and client to resolve immediate cash flow issues.
- With interim measures in place a V20:20 Sectoral and Functional expert will assess the current customer and market conditions and propose a strategic plan for survival and growth.
- The Bank will approve the plan, release medium term funds and V20:20 can help the client to implement the plan.
