Robert Cooper:

25 years Financial Services Experience;
Worked both as an internal and external management consultant, specific roles in Financial Services have included Director of Operations; Change Programme Manager; Branch Management; Portfolio Management.

Qualifications include: MBA; BBS in HR & Business; QFA; CIPD; Psychometric (aptitude & personality) Testing; Train the Trainer.

As a Training & Development Consultant, he designed and delivered both the ‘Portfolio Management’ and ‘Business Lending’ Programmes for BOI. He also designed a ‘Customer Experience’ Model for BOI’s Personal & Small Business Sector.

He has run his own Business Change Management Consultancy 1MPLC (www.1mplc.com) for the past year before recently teaming up with PL to form V20:20. Throughout his time, he has worked with and helped hundreds of companies grow their business and optimise their resources.

He also co-authored the recently published ‘Bluffers Guide to Banking’.


Peter Lawless:

Sales & marketing consultant & expert - experience in growing large and small companies, significant experience both nationally and internationally. Peter has led European divisions with Fortune 10 companies as well as growing start-ups to multi-million dollar companies.

Hundreds of owners of small and medium businesses have benefited from Peter’s advice and expertise, to grow their companies since he founded 3R Sales and Marketing (www.3r.ie  ) in 2004. Serving as a mentor of Enterprise Ireland and an external examiner for DIT Kevin Street, Peter is also on the boards of a number of other companies.

On the council of the Sales Institute and the Irish Computer Society, Peter is also coach, mentor and trainer to many leading businesses.
